Above prices include: 

• 1 weekly cleaning
• 1 linen change
• consumption of electricity, water and gas for kitchen and TV
• common services usage

As regards Easter, Christmas and the New Year festivities, of course, they will be considered as "high season" having special prices, depending on the days of stay.

The heating (gas), when used, will be charged to consumption.

A 150 euro per-apartment caution is required at the booking time.

As regards "I Limoni" and "La Sorgente" apartments, the minimum booking period is 2 nights.
